Preventative maintenance
Our fully equipped workshop and facilities in East Sussex allow us to carry out both routine and specialist maintenance work. Our services include the following processes to preserve and prolong the lifespan of both the cosmetic and mechanical elements of your car.

Cavity Wax Injection Cavity wax injection is a great way to preserve and maintain the condition of structures you can't necessarily see. We use a high temperature clear wax and inject this into the unseen areas of your car such as the chassis, any box section or subframe structures as well as any cavities in the body panels such as sills, bootlid, bonnet and doors. This is a thorough process involving the removal of carpets and interior trim panels as well as drilling and plugging some sections to ensure full access is acheived. This is available separately or as part of our comprehensive service schedule. |

Component and assembly reconditioning We are able to offer the full reconditioning of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including the removal and re-fit. For example the Aston Martin Vanquish rear suspension subframe (pictured right) was fully disassembled, media blasted, re-finished (including wax injection) and re-assembled in order to add longevity to this structural component. During this process we inspect each perishable component and wear item and replace as necessary. We can also upgrade or renew components and assemblies wherever required. |

Optimisation and upgrades Our experience with both road and competition cars has led us to develop a range of upgrades to suit your specific needs. We are able to undertake full engine builds to your specification in-house. All machining is carried out by internationally renowned engineering companies with whom we work closely and all components are sourced on an individual basis to ensure only the highest quality end result is acheived. We are able to design and build custom induction and fuel systems to suit your application, everything from individual carburettor reconditioning to full, bespoke fuel injection systems are available. We can upgrade or optimise your existing steering, suspension or braking components depending on your requirements as well as carry out setup and routine service work to replace worn items. Electrical system improvements and cooling system enhancements as well as creature comforts such as air conditioning installation and stereo fitments are all available on an individual basis. |
