Classic Car Restoration

Our modern, spacious facilities here at Autohistoric Limited allow us to offer restoration services to an exceptional standard. Previous restoration projects include Aston Martins and Jaguar XKs and E-Types. We are able to offer ground up restoration to concours standard, full race or rally preparation as well as sympathetic mechanical recommissioning and preservation. We are able to undertake engine and transmission rebuilds in-house too - an example of a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing gearbox being stripped and rebuilt with new seals and bearings can be seen below:

We understand that having a vehicle restored is a considerable undertaking and we understand communication along the way is essential. We ensure that the restoration is fully documented and we can offer a variety of packages accordingly. On site facilities enable us to offer anything from a simple digital image diary to full blown professional restoration documentation. As a client you will of course be invited along at specific points of the project to see progress for yourself.

We are located in South East England with excellent links to the continent via ferry and Eurotunnel so we are able to service and restore cars from France, Germany, Italy and many others.
